Exclusive Dipped Fish Mint
A rustic way to enjoy fish mint, served raw and crisp alongside a tangy, spicy dip of vinegar, sugar and chili oil that balances its distinctive herbal bite.
Instructions
- 1

Pick some fish mint and pinch off small pieces.
- 2

Rinse repeatedly until clean, soak in lightly salted water, and then drain the water.
- 3

Add white sugar to Chinese black vinegar (the sweet and sour taste can be adjusted according to your own preference).
- 4

Then add other seasonings such as chili oil and Sichuan pepper oil.
- 5

Stir evenly until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- 6

Put the fish mint on the table and dip it in the sauce to eat.
- 7

Dipping it in water makes it taste fresher, crispy, tender, and fragrant.
