Exclusive Donkey Rolling
Classic donkey rolls: steamed glutinous rice dough wrapped around sweetened red bean paste and rolled in fragrant roasted soybean flour for a soft, chewy, nutty finish.
Instructions
- 1

Materials are ready.
- 2

Put the red bean paste in the steamer and heat it for a few minutes.
- 3

Add water to the glutinous rice flour and stir.
- 4

Be sure to stir evenly.
- 5

Place it in a steamer and steam on high heat for twenty minutes. Cover it with a lid to prevent steam from getting into the glutinous rice paste.
- 6

While waiting for the glutinous rice paste to steam, put the red bean paste into a plastic bag and roll it into a rectangle with a rolling pin.
- 7

Stir the steamed glutinous rice cakes while they are hot.
- 8

Sprinkle soybean flour on the cutting board, take half of the glutinous rice cake, place it on the soybean flour, evenly coat it with soybean flour, and then roll it into a rectangle.
- 9

Spread the red bean paste on the glutinous rice cake.
- 10

Roll it up.
- 11

Cut into pieces.
- 12

Plate the dish.
