Exclusive Double-Boiled Pork Heart with American Ginseng
A refined double-boiled soup where starch-marinated pork heart steams with American ginseng and red dates until the meat turns silky and the broth herbal.
Instructions
- 1

Clean the pig heart and slice it, then sprinkle in salt, cooking wine, and wild arrowroot powder (can be replaced with cornstarch) and marinate for 5 minutes.
- 2

As shown in the picture
- 3

Prepare the other ingredients.
- 4

Put the ingredients into the stew pot, pour in boiling water (the pig heart has been marinated with powder; if you don't use boiling water, it can easily dilute in the soup, making it difficult to achieve a tender and smooth texture). Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pressure cooker (about 1/4 higher than the stew pot), put on the lid, bring to high heat until steam appears, then stew for 10 minutes before turning off the heat.
- 5

After cooling, open the lid and take it out, then sprinkle with white pepper and garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro to enhance the flavor.
- 6

Finished product picture, (meat marinated with powder is tender and smooth, allowing you to enjoy both the soup and the meat).
