Exclusive Double Silk Silverfish Soup
A delicate dried silverfish soup where shiitake and wild rice stem slivers are softened in oil, then simmered fifteen minutes with the soaked fish for a subtle, double-slivered seafood broth.
Instructions
- 1

Soak the dried silverfish in clean water for half an hour and wash it repeatedly.
- 2

Slice the shiitake mushrooms. Cut the water bamboo into thin strips.
- 3

Put a little salad oil in the pan, add the shiitake mushrooms and water bamboo, and stir-fry until soft.
- 4

Pour in an appropriate amount of water. Add the soaked whitebait and bring to a boil over high heat.
- 5

Skim off the foam on top and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
- 6

Turn to high heat, add an appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence. Stir evenly.
- 7

Add the chopped green onions. Turn off the heat.
- 8

A particularly light and delicious taste.
