Exclusive Honey Mixed with Soft Bitter Melon
Fully ripened bitter melon loses most of its bite and turns soft, needing only a generous ribbon of honey to become a mellow, unusual dessert plate.

Wash the fully ripe bitter melon, and because it is soft, it breaks into pieces while washing.

Break into pieces and plate.

Take honey.

Drizzle with honey.
- 5
Just mix it well when eating.
