Exclusive Kelp Bone Soup
Kelp bone soup; thoroughly soaked kelp and blanched bones long-simmer through successive high, medium, and low heat into a mineral-rich, deeply savory stock, skimmed along the way.
Instructions
- 1

Soak the kelp for about three hours (change the water several times during soaking).
- 2

Blanch the bones in water and then take them out and rinse them clean.
- 3

Wash and cut the ingredients.
- 4

After rinsing the kelp clean, cut it into sections.
- 5

Put all the ingredients into the clay pot and add an appropriate amount of water.
- 6

Cover it with the lid and bring it to a boil over high heat.
- 7

After boiling, remove the foam. Boil on high heat for 15 minutes, then switch to medium heat and boil for 15 minutes, and finally simmer on low heat for half an hour.
- 8

After more than an hour, the soup is ready. Add an appropriate amount of salt to taste.
