Exclusive Korean Spicy Radish
Thick strips of water radish are salted, rinsed, and squeezed dry before meeting a fiery Korean-style seasoning alongside pear, ginger, and garlic for a crunchy side dish.
Instructions
- 1

Ingredients needed: water radish, snow pear, kimchi seasoning, sugar, ginger, garlic.
- 2

Cut the water radish into sections first.
- 3

Then cut into thick strips; one piece of radish is usually cut into about six to seven strips.
- 4

Mix with flour and salt and marinate for about an hour.
- 5

Pour out the brine.
- 6

Rinse several times to wash away the bitter taste of the salt.
- 7

Squeeze out as much water as possible before seasoning. Use MSG in moderation.
- 8

Half a spoon of white sugar.
- 9

Because I haven't been feeling well recently, I bought kimchi seasoning to save trouble.
- 10

Add it to the radish.
- 11

Add slices of ginger.
- 12

Add half a pear, sliced.
- 13

Add the garlic slices. Mix well and it's ready.
