A smooth, glossy dessert paste made from kudzu starch stirred over heat with water, then mixed with goji berries and black sesame powder.

The materials are as follows.

Put the kudzu starch into the pot.

Stir the powder evenly with cold water.

No granular state.

Do not cover the lid during heating, and keep stirring constantly.

Stir vigorously until well mixed.

If you like it sweet, add rock sugar in advance.
