Exclusive Mixed Stew Soup
A frugal home-style stew that stretches leftover pork rib broth with tomato, potato, napa cabbage, and daikon, simmered into a hearty, tangy vegetable soup.
Instructions
- 1

These are the spare ribs made at noon today. The remaining soup, I added a little pork bone broth powder and stirred it evenly. Boil it.
- 2

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Soak these two in clean water for a while.
- 3

Wash the Chinese cabbage stems and cut them into pieces. Wash the white radish thoroughly and cut it into thin slices.
- 4

First, we put in the tomatoes and potatoes, and cook on high heat.
- 5

After the water comes to a boil, add the cabbage stems and white radish, and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. Add an appropriate amount of salt and MSG.
- 6

Wait until the white radish can be pierced. Then it's cooked. Add some chopped green onions. Simple and delicious.
