Exclusive Monkey Head Mushroom Stomach-Nourishing Soup
A stomach-nourishing tonic soup combining meaty monkey head mushrooms with lean pork and cuttlefish bone, double-simmered for a deep, restorative, savory broth.
Instructions
- 1

Simple ingredients, the lion's mane mushroom has slightly changed color after being stored for a while, but it doesn't affect its effectiveness. Cuttlefish bones help settle stomach qi (can be omitted if there's no stomach qi). This is a portion for a family of three.
- 2

Blanch the lean meat in boiling water, then remove and rinse clean.
- 3

Everything that needs to be cut and washed has been washed and cut.
- 4

Put all the ingredients into the pot and add an appropriate amount of water.
- 5

After the water boils on high heat, remove the floating impurities, then simmer on high heat for 20 minutes before reducing to low heat and simmering for 40 minutes.
- 6

The soup will be ready in a little over an hour; just add an appropriate amount of salt to season.
- 7

Finished product. Soup that is both good for the stomach and delicious, sent to friends who need it.
