Exclusive Mustard Tofu Pie
Soft pan-fried stuffed pancakes with crumbled tofu, blanched mustard greens, and dried shrimp - delicate, umami-rich homey fare.
Instructions
- 1

Wash the mustard greens thoroughly.
- 2

Blanch in boiling water until softened, then remove and cool.
- 3

Squeeze out the water and chop finely.
- 4

Crush the tofu with a knife.
- 5

Mustard greens, tofu, dried shrimp, and minced garlic are placed in a large bowl, and salt and oyster sauce are added.
- 6

Mix evenly to make the filling.
- 7

Mix flour with water and salt to form a slightly soft dough, cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for more than half an hour.
- 8

Divide into small doses.
- 9

Roll it into a round sheet that is thicker in the middle and thinner at the edges.
- 10

Add an appropriate amount of filling.
- 11

Close the mouth, with the opening facing downward.
- 12

Flatten.
- 13

Heat oil in a frying pan, then add the pies to fry.
- 14

Flip and fry again, turning both sides several times until cooked.
- 15

The skin is thin and the filling is full; even the vegetarian pies are very fragrant.
