Main ingredients needed: cherry tomatoes, rosemary, sea salt, black pepper, olive oil, chopped parsley, white sugar.

Wash the cherry tomatoes and soak them for ten minutes.

Remove the stem and wipe off the surface water.

  4. 4
    Step image

Place the cut side up on a baking tray (it's best to line the bottom with silicone paper, but I didn't have any at home, so I placed it directly on the tray).

  5. 5
    Step image

Evenly sprinkle sea salt over the cherry tomatoes.

  6. 6
    Step image

    Screw in the black pepper.

  7. 7
    Step image

    Spray olive oil.

  8. 8
    Step image

    Sprinkle some rosemary.

  9. 9
    Step image

Sprinkle some more chopped parsley, then put it in the oven and bake at 140 degrees for one hour.

  10. 10
    Step image

When roasting tomatoes, use another pan to add olive oil. Put the pan with cold oil on low heat and slowly fry the garlic slices. Fry until the garlic slices are slightly yellow and fragrant, then add rosemary (forgot to take a photo), turn off the heat and let it cool.

  11. 11
    Step image

Take the tomatoes out after roasting and let them cool.

  12. 12
    Step image

Mix the cooled garlic oil with the tomatoes and place them in a sealed container.

Tastes better after being left for two days.
