Exclusive Peanut Butter Fermented Dough Pancakes
Overnight-fermented pancakes rolled out, spread with unsweetened peanut butter, and pan-fried until golden, delivering nutty, layered flavor in a soft, chewy, slightly puffed bread.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare the flour and put it into a large bowl of dough.
- 2

Peanut butter, sugar-free.
- 3

Add yeast and a little sugar to the flour.
- 4

Add water to the flour in small amounts, multiple times.
- 5

Stir with chopsticks until it forms large clumps of dough.
- 6

Knead into a slightly softer dough.
- 7

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate, make pancakes early tomorrow morning.
- 8

The dough taken out of the refrigerator in the morning.
- 9

Knead out the air more, then roll it into a big flatbread.
- 10

Spread peanut butter (I spread it directly, but you can also add a little hot water to thin it).
- 11

Roll into a long strip, then coil it up, roll it into a pancake that is not too thin, and let it rest for about 20 minutes.
- 12

Then put oil in the non-stick pan, place the pancake in, and slowly fry it over low heat.
- 13

Pan-fry until both sides are golden and crispy, turning several times, and make sure to use low heat.
- 14

Cut into small pieces and plate.
