Use the same amount of ingredients for the two types of dough. Dilute the yeast and sugar in warm water, then add the coloring powder and knead the dough well. Let it rise until it doubles in size.
- 3

Take the orange dough to release the air, and divide it into portions of 26 grams each.
- 4

About 20 grams of red bean paste filling.
- 5

Roll the orange dough into a round shape and fill it with red bean paste.
- 6

Prepare the mold, apply oil to the mold leaves to prevent sticking, take about 2.5 grams of the green surface and place it into the leaf mold to shape it, then sprinkle an appropriate amount of dry orange dough into the mold.
- 7

Shape it well and demold it.
- 8

It is possible to make greenware in different colors.
- 9

Do everything properly, let it rise a second time until it doubles in size, steam over high heat for about 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it sit for about a minute.
