Exclusive Pickled Cabbage Dumplings
Classic northern dumplings pairing tangy, rinsed pickled cabbage with well-whipped seasoned pork, the filling beaten with broth for extra juiciness before being wrapped and boiled.
Instructions
- 1
Cut the pickled vegetables into shreds, rinse them twice, and squeeze out the water.
- 2
Chop finely and put into a bowl.
- 3
Add cooked oil (oil that has been practiced).
- 4
Add minced green onions and ginger, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, Sichuan pepper powder, white pepper powder, and MSG.
- 5
Add 200g of cooled boiled water.
- 6
Stir in one direction until it becomes elastic.
- 7
Add the pickled vegetables.
- 8
Just mix well.
- 9
Knead the dough in advance until smooth, repeatedly wake and knead it, then divide it into evenly sized pieces.
- 10
Wrap it in a way you like.
- 11
Boil dumplings in plenty of water; only then will the cooked dumplings be refreshing and translucent, with a bouncy texture.
- 12
Finished product. Sour and fragrant, tasty but not greasy.
