Exclusive Pickled Green Radish
Simmered soy, sugar and salt form a cooled brine for green radish slices layered with chilies, ginger and garlic, producing a colorful, savory-crunchy refrigerator pickle.
Instructions
- 1

Half a bottle of light soy sauce, for two radishes I added 5 small spoons of salt, light soy sauce also has a salty taste, so don't make it too salty.
- 2

A spoon of white sugar.
- 3

Simmer until half-cooked, just until the sugar and salt dissolve. Let it cool and set aside.
- 4

Two green radishes, cut off the top and bottom.
- 5

Cut into strips.
- 6

Then cut into thin slices.
- 7

Put the cut radishes in a container.
- 8

Small chili peppers, ginger and garlic.
- 9

Slice the garlic thinly.
- 10

Cut the ginger into thin slices.
- 11

Cut the chili peppers lengthwise.
- 12

Put ginger, garlic, and small chili peppers on the radish.
- 13

Pour all the ingredients into the cooled marinade, mix well, and drizzle in an appropriate amount of white wine.
- 14

Marinate for a while, and the radish will release some of its water. At this point, put it into a container. Mix well and it’s ready to eat. Slightly spicy, fresh and salty, crisp and tempting.
