Exclusive Pickled Pepper Radish
Salt-wilted radish batons tumble with store-bought pickled peppers and their brine, sweetened and sharpened with sugar and vinegar for a bright refrigerator snack.
Instructions
- 1

Wash the white radish and peel it, then cut it into strips. Sprinkle with salt and use your hands to rub the salt so that it fully penetrates the radish. Let it sit for 1 hour, then rinse clean.
- 2

Bought pickled chili peppers.
- 3

Take the white radish, squeeze out the excess water, and mix it evenly with pickled chili peppers.
- 4

Add two green peppers.
- 5

Mix well.
- 6

Add one spoon of sugar and two spoons of white vinegar to the pickled chili water.
- 7

Put it in a storage jar, add salt for 24 hours. If the brine has not covered the radish, add an appropriate amount of cooled boiled water.
- 8

Put it in the refrigerator to chill, and it will be ready to eat the next day.
- 9

Finished product.
