Exclusive Pickled Radish with Aged Vinegar
White radish chunks steeped a full day with bird's-eye chilies in dark aged vinegar, emerging mouth-puckeringly sour, gently hot and wonderfully crunchy.
Instructions
- 1

Wash the white radish, let it cool and drain the water, then cut it into small cubes. Make a few cuts in the middle without cutting all the way through to allow the flavor to seep in (as shown in the picture). Chop the millet chili finely.
- 2

Prepare a clean and sealable container, pour in the white radish, millet peppers, and an appropriate amount of sugar.
- 3

Finally, pour in the entire bottle of aged vinegar (if you don't like it too sour, you can reduce the amount and mix with an appropriate amount of cold boiled water), cover it with a lid, and seal it.
- 4

After marinating for about 24 hours, the tangy, spicy, and appetizing pickled radish with aged vinegar is ready.
