A Cantonese-style pork bone soup long-simmered with sweet corn, crunchy water chestnuts and carrot, producing a naturally sweet, clear broth finished with white pepper and scallion.
Instructions
- 1

Clean the pork bones and blanch them in boiling water.
- 2

Wash and cut the corn, water chestnuts, and carrots.
- 3

Except for the corn, put the other ingredients into the soup pot, add water, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes.
- 4

Pour in the corn, add salt and peanut oil, and simmer for another 20 minutes.
- 5

After a few minutes, add MSG, chopped green onions, and cilantro, then you can turn off the heat.
- 6

It can be eaten now.
