Exclusive Pumpkin Cheese Sausage Bun

Exclusive Pumpkin Cheese Sausage Bun

Exclusive Pumpkin Cheese Sausage Bun — pumpkin puree, milk and salt, baked until golden and fragrant. Great for beginners and experienced home cooks alike.

Instructions

  1. 1
    Step image

Knead all the ingredients except for the butter until a membrane can be formed, then add the butter and knead until smooth and well combined, forming a thin membrane that is not easy to break. In hot weather, you can use cold liquids to knead the dough, which helps better control the dough temperature. Let it ferment until it doubles in size.

  2. 2
    Step image

Gently knead the dough to release the air, and divide it into 12 portions.

  3. 3
    Step image

Take a piece of dough and roll it into an oval shape.

  4. 4
    Step image

After flipping it over, thin out the bottom edge and place a sausage in it.

  5. 5
    Step image

Roll it up and pinch the opening closed.

  6. 6
    Step image

With the sealed end facing down, use scissors to cut the sausage into six pieces.

  7. 7
    Step image

Arrange into the shape of a flower.

  8. 8
    Step image

Place them in the baking pan with space in between, and let them proof again for about 30 minutes.

  9. 9
    Step image

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of mozzarella cheese and chopped parsley on the fermented dough, place it in a preheated oven, bake with both top and bottom heat at 180 degrees, on the middle rack, for about 20 minutes.
