Exclusive Raisin Cream Cheese Cake
Exclusive Raisin Cream Cheese Cake — cream cheese, egg and milk, baked until light, fluffy and golden. A great choice for family gatherings or a weekend treat.
Instructions
- 1

Put the cream cheese and sugar in a bowl.
- 2

Add milk, corn oil, and raisins, and heat them over a water bath while stirring evenly.
- 3

Beat the egg yolks into the cream cheese mixture, and separate the egg whites into a bowl that is free of water and oil.
- 4

Mix the cream cheese mixture with the egg yolks, then gradually fold in the cake flour until well combined.
- 5

Whip the egg whites with an electric mixer.
- 6

Gradually add the egg whites to the cake batter and fold gently until evenly combined.
- 7

Gently tap the mixed batter a few times to release large air bubbles.
- 8

Line the baking pan with aluminum foil to prevent sticking, brush a layer of oil, and pour in the cake batter.
- 9

Middle layer of the oven, 160 degrees for 30 minutes. I placed 3 large egg tart molds filled with hot water at the bottom of the oven to increase the cake's moisture.
- 10

Take out and cut into pieces upside down.
