Exclusive Rice Wine and Dried Fruit Balls
Chewy glutinous rice balls boiled until floating, then served in a fragrant sweet soup of fermented rice wine, mixed dried fruits, goji berries, and rock sugar; warm and festive.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare the materials.
- 2

Pit and dice the candied red dates, leaving out the goji berries and raisins.
- 3

Mix glutinous rice flour with an appropriate amount of warm water to form a dough.
- 4

Roll into long strips and divide into small portions, then shape into balls.
- 5

Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil, then add the dumplings and cook until they float to the surface, which means they are done. Remove them and put them in cold water to prevent them from sticking together.
- 6

Add water and rock sugar to a pot and bring to a boil until the rock sugar melts, then add preserved fruits, goji berries, red dates, and raisins and cook for two minutes.
- 7

Add the fermented rice and rice balls, bring to a boil, and then it's ready to serve.
- 8

Served on the table, fragrant, sweet, and soft.
