Blanched abalone, scored with a flower knife, green onion leaves chopped finely.

Put the abalone into the steamed egg custard, and heat for another 10 seconds.

    Flaxseed oil.

    Step image

In a container of chopped green onion leaves, add soy sauce and flaxseed oil, and stir well. I put a bit more because I want to eat flaxseed oil; if using sesame oil, just a few drops are enough.

Sprinkle the mixed chopped green onions on the surface of the egg custard.
