Exclusive Shiitake Mushroom and Shrimp Dumpling Soup
A comforting northern-style dumpling soup: shrimp heads fried for golden oil, shiitake and garlic sizzled until fragrant, then droplets of batter dropped through a sieve form soft, pillowy dough bits.
Instructions
- 1

Peel the shrimp and remove the veins, leave the shrimp heads, and slice the shiitake mushrooms.
- 2

Mince the garlic and set aside.
- 3

Add oil to the pan, put in the shrimp heads, fry until the juice turns yellow, then remove them.
- 4

Pour in the minced garlic and mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant, then add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.
- 5

Mix flour with water until it reaches the consistency of yogurt, pour it onto a sieve, and let the batter slowly flow into boiling water.
- 6

Put the diced carrots, green peas, and corn kernels into boiling water.
- 7

Add light soy sauce and season with an appropriate amount of salt.
- 8

Smooth and delicious dumpling soup.
- 9

Get up and give it a try.
