Exclusive Shredded Pork Stir-Fried Pancakes
Shredded flatbread wok-fried with velvet-marinated pork strips, egg, carrot, onion, and bean sprouts in a savory soy gloss, a hearty northern stir-fry with soft-chewy, sauce-soaked shreds.
Instructions
- 1

Cut the lean meat into thin strips.
- 2

Add a little salt, pepper, and cooking wine, mix well, then add a tiny bit of starch to marinate for flavor.
- 3

Beat the eggs and scramble them, then set aside.
- 4

Cut the flatbread into strips and set aside.
- 5

The side dishes can be mixed and matched freely. I used carrots, onions, and bean sprouts.
- 6

Wash the cabbage and shred it.
- 7

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pan and heat it, then add the shredded meat and stir-fry until it changes color.
- 8

Add the shredded carrots and onions and continue to stir-fry evenly.
- 9

Throw in the cabbage and continue stir-frying on high heat until evenly cooked.
- 10

Bean sprouts have a high water content, so add them last.
- 11

Add a little soy sauce for color and flavor.
- 12

Add the sliced pastry strips and stir-fry evenly.
- 13

Then add the eggs, a little oyster sauce to enhance the flavor, and salt as needed, since the soy sauce and oyster sauce are already salty.
- 14

Drizzle a little cooking oil along the edge of the pan; for a lighter taste, drizzle a little water. Stir-fry evenly, and sprinkle minced garlic before removing from the pan to enhance the aroma.
- 15

Stir-fry a few times and you can turn off the heat!
