Exclusive Sour Soup Beef Wontons
Plump wontons filled with beef and carrot, bound with pepper water and egg, served in a bright sour broth for a tangy, comforting bowl.
Instructions
- 1

Clean the cilantro and carrots and set them aside.
- 2

Finely chop the beef, carrots, and scallions separately and place them in a bowl, and soak the Sichuan peppercorns in half a bowl of hot water and let them cool.
- 3

Pour in an appropriate amount of hot oil to release the aroma, then add oyster sauce.
- 4

Add soy sauce.
- 5

Crack an egg and add salt.
- 6

After mixing evenly, add the Sichuan pepper water in three batches, and stir thoroughly in one direction again. The wonton filling is then ready.
- 7

Wrap the wontons one by one and cook them in a pot until done.
- 8

Pour the seaweed into the bowl and add soy sauce (not included in the measured amount).
- 9

Add rice vinegar.
- 10

Place the cooked wontons into a bowl, drizzle with an appropriate amount of chili oil, and add the chopped cilantro.
