Exclusive Soy Sauce Goose
Goose pieces are seared, glazed in soy, rice wine and aromatics, then slowly simmered until a glossy mahogany sauce coats every slice.
Instructions
- 1

Preparation: One quarter of goose meat, scalded and washed with boiling water.
- 2

Shallots, ginger, garlic.
- 3

Heat oil in a pan, and place the goose meat in it, frying both sides over medium-low heat.
- 4

Then add ginger, garlic, and shallots and stir-fry until fragrant.
- 5

Add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and rice wine.
- 6

Color both sides of the goose meat.
- 7

Add an appropriate amount of boiling water.
- 8

Bring to a boil over high heat.
- 9

Turn to low-medium heat, cover, and simmer for about 30 minutes.
- 10

This is the goose meat after being braised for 30 minutes, and there is still a lot of broth.
- 11

Use a spoon to pour the sauce over the goose meat; this way, the finished product will have a very appetizing color.
- 12

Then let it cool down a bit.
- 13

Cut into pieces, arrange on a plate, and pour the sauce over.
