Exclusive Spicy Century Egg
Green peppers are pan-pressed until tiger-skinned, then pounded together with century eggs, garlic, and a savory-spicy sauce in the classic Hunan pounding style.
Instructions
- 1

Remove the stems from the chili peppers and clean them thoroughly, shaking out the excess seeds inside.
- 2

Heat the pan and add a spoonful of oil to coat the pan, then add the green peppers.
- 3

Press it flat with a spatula and fry until the surface develops tiger-like patterns.
- 4

Add the peeled century eggs, minced garlic, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, a little salt, sugar, sesame oil, and chili oil, and mix well.
- 5

Crush with a rolling pin or spoon, and stir until well mixed.
- 6

Sprinkle with white sesame seeds, and it’s ready to eat.
