Exclusive Spicy Raw Oysters
Oysters steam over aromatics for just three minutes, stay plump in their shells, and are dressed with scorching garlic-chili oil, seafood soy and oyster sauce.
Instructions
- 1

Clean the oysters by scrubbing them.
- 2

Put cold water in the pot and add the scallions and ginger.
- 3

Place the oysters on the steaming rack, with the convex side down and the flat side up. Turn on the heat, and once the water boils and produces steam, start timing for three minutes.
- 4

After steaming, let it cool naturally, and use a small knife to remove the oyster meat.
- 5

Chop garlic and red chili (use Thai chili if you like it spicy), heat the oil until smoking, and pour it over.
- 6

Add two tablespoons of seafood soy sauce.
- 7

Add half a spoon of oyster sauce.
- 8

Add a little sesame oil.
- 9

Add an appropriate amount of Sichuan pepper oil (according to your own taste).
- 10

Stir evenly.
- 11

Pour it over the oysters.
- 12

Garnish with cilantro.
- 13

Done.
