Exclusive Sweet and Sour White Radish
Ginger warmth and scattered goji berries lift plain radish slices into a balanced sweet-sour pickle where neither sugar nor vinegar dominates the other.
Instructions
- 1

One white radish, a piece of ginger, a small bag of goji berries, an appropriate amount of sugar, and an appropriate amount of vinegar.
- 2

Slice the white radish and mix it evenly with salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then squeeze out the radish water.
- 3

Put the squeezed radish slices into a bowl, add ginger slices, goji berries (just wash them), add sugar, and add white vinegar (use as much vinegar as sugar; I think it shouldn't be too sweet or too sour, it should balance sweetness and sourness to taste good).
- 4

Once it's stirred, you can eat it.
- 5

Cover it with a lid and put it in the refrigerator; it will be fine for a week because both vinegar and sugar preserve it.
