Exclusive Taro Fried Rice

Exclusive Taro Fried Rice

A hearty fried rice of diced taro, cured sausage, shiitake, bacon, and shrimp tossed with leftover rice and vegetables for a savory, starchy, satisfying plate.

Instructions

  1. 1

Main ingredients needed: leftover rice, taro, dried shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, Chinese sausage, bacon, carrot, cabbage, purple cabbage, and green onions. (Side ingredients can be added according to your own taste. The authentic method uses pork belly, but my family doesn't like greasy food, so we didn't add it. You can also add squid, but we didn't have any at home.)
