Exclusive Thousand-Layer Meat Pie
A pan-fried layered meat pie built by rolling a seasoned pork filling into yeast dough, cutting and coiling it so the crust separates into crisp, juicy, flaky layers.
Instructions
- 1

Mix the flour with water and yeast powder to form a dough of moderate softness and firmness.
- 2

Let it ferment without stirring.
- 3

Take a piece of dough about the size of four steamed buns. Roll it out with a rolling pin into a large sheet, spread the filling on it, and cut it along the radius of the dough sheet.
- 4

Roll up the dough sheet along the edge of the knife, and pinch the seam tightly.
- 5

Press it flat with the big end down, and gently roll it into a pancake about 3 centimeters thick.
- 6

Put oil in the frying pan, add the pancake, and fry over medium heat.
- 7

Cover the pan when frying.
- 8

Flip when the bottom is golden brown.
- 9

When the other side is golden, pour in half a cup of cold water, cover the pot, and simmer with the water.
- 10

After the moisture has completely evaporated, flip it over and fry for a moment, then fry the surface moisture dry, remove it, and cut it into pieces.
- 11

Finished product image.
