Exclusive Tiger Skin Dumplings
Pork, shrimp, and celery dumplings wrapped in three-toned dough striped with cocoa, boiled to a chewy skin around a juicy, springy filling.
Instructions
- 1
Chop the pork, remove the veins from the shrimp, chop the celery, add all the seasonings and mix well, then add the scallion and ginger water in three additions while mixing.

- 3
Divide into small dough pieces of uniform size.
- 4
Roll it into a cake, pinch the cocoa powder dough into long strips, and roll the dough together.
- 5
Fill with stuffing, put in boiling water and cook for three minutes after it starts boiling, then it is ready to eat!
- 6
Good luck in the Year of the Tiger.
