Exclusive Vegetable and Tofu Pie
Pan-fried stuffed flatbreads with a tender filling of blanched greens, silken tofu dice, and dried shrimp, encased in a soft, slightly chewy dough and griddled golden.
Instructions
- 1

Wash the vegetables.
- 2

Blanch in boiling water until softened, then remove and cool.
- 3

Squeeze out the water and chop finely.
- 4

Cut the tofu into small cubes.
- 5

Put tofu, green vegetables, and dried shrimp in a large bowl, then add minced garlic, salt, and oyster sauce.
- 6

Mix the filling evenly.
- 7

Mix the flour with water to form a smooth, slightly soft dough, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rest for more than half an hour.
- 8

Divide the properly rested dough into small portions.
- 9

Flatten and roll into a round piece that is thick in the middle and thin around the edges.
- 10

Put the filling on.
- 11

Keep the mouth closed and place it facing down.
- 12

Flatten.
- 13

Brush oil on the frying pan, and cook the pies on both sides until done.
- 14

The skin is thin and the filling is generous; the vegetable filling is also very flavorful.
