Exclusive White Fungus and Pear Soup
A soothing Cantonese-style sweet soup of tender snow fungus and duck pear slowly simmered with rock sugar and goji berries, yielding a delicate, silky texture with gentle floral sweetness.
Instructions
- 1

Soak the white fungus the night before, wash it clean, tear it into small pieces, wash again, and prepare a pear, cleaning its surface with salt.
- 2

Place the washed white fungus into a pot, peel one strip of the pear, put it in with the skin on, then cut it into small pieces, remove the core, and add a little rock sugar and goji berries.
- 3

Add enough water, and simmer over low heat in a soup pot for about an hour.
- 4

After stewing, you can either remove the pear skins or leave them in to eat, depending on your preference. The delicious white fungus pear soup is now ready.
