Exclusive White Fungus Soup
Minimalist tremella dessert soup: white fungus slow-simmered for an hour and a half until soft and gelatinous, sweetened with rock sugar and finished with goji berries.
Instructions
- 1

Soak the white fungus the night before.
- 2

Wash it clean and break it into small pieces.
- 3

Add twice the amount of water to the pot so that it covers the white fungus, and bring it to a boil.
- 4

After the pot comes to a boil, reduce to low heat and simmer slowly for an hour and a half until the white fungus is soft and glutinous.
- 5

After the white fungus is stewed, add an appropriate amount of rock sugar.
- 6

Sprinkle a small amount of goji berries, then simmer on low heat for five minutes, and turn off the heat.
- 7

The beauty-enhancing white fungus soup is ready.
