Exclusive White Radish Stew with Pork Ribs and Scallops
A gentle clay-pot stew where blanched pork ribs, sweet white radish, and umami dried scallops simmer together until the broth turns lightly milky and deeply savory.
Instructions
- 1

Blanch the bones in water, wash them clean, and put them into a clay pot.
- 2

Peel the white radish and cut it into pieces.
- 3

Rinse the scallops with water.
- 4

Add water to the clay pot and start boiling the soup.
- 5

After the pot boils, add the white radish.
- 6

Add the dried scallops.
- 7

After bringing to a boil over high heat, turn to medium heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. For what has been boiled for about ten or so minutes, the soup has already started to show a slight milky white color.
- 8

Just add salt to season before taking it off the stove.
