Exclusive Yogurt Steamed Bun
Yogurt-enriched steamed flower rolls: tangy milk dough rolled into stacked coins, cut and shaped into pull-apart spirals, steamed cloud-soft with a milky, faintly sweet taste.
Instructions
- 1

Mix flour with yeast and sugar, and knead with yogurt.
- 2

Knead into a smooth dough, cover with a damp cloth, and let it ferment in a warm place.
- 3

The fermented dough is twice the size of the original.
- 4

Take the dough out and place it on the board, roll it into thin sheets, and press it into small round pieces (dividing it into small portions and rolling them out works the same way).
- 5

Stack the small dough pieces, brush oil between each piece to prevent sticking, cut into eight portions, making sure not to cut through the middle.
- 6

Twist the adjacent parts relative to each other, with the cut facing up.
- 7

Pinch both ends and flatten the excess tip.
- 8

Press all the way to the bottom. The petals are done.
- 9

Place it in the steamer, putting half a red date in the middle for decoration. After the second fermentation, put it on the stove with cold water. When the water boils, steam on medium-low heat for about 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it steam for another 3 minutes before opening the lid.
- 10

The steamed bun has also blossomed into a beautiful flower.
