Exclusively Stewed Pork Bone Soup with Chicken Bone Grass and Rehmannia
A traditional herbal tonic where pork leg bones are pressure-stewed with chicken bone grass, rehmannia, and goji berries, producing a naturally sweet, aromatic medicinal broth that needs no added salt.
Instructions
- 1

Put the cleaned pork bones and ginger slices into the pressure cooker, and pour in an appropriate amount of water to cover the pork bones.
- 2

Wash the chicken bone grass clean.
- 3

Get the prepared rehmannia root and goji berries ready and put them into the pot. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for another 10-15 minutes before turning off the heat.
- 4

After letting it cool naturally, open the pot lid, and the richly aromatic soup will still be delicious even without adding salt.
