First release of smashed cucumbers
Crushed cucumber pieces soak up a sweet, tangy garlic sauce while crisp fried peanuts add crunch, a classic chilled combo loved alongside noodles or rice.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare the necessary ingredients.
- 2

Wash the peanuts, wipe off the surface moisture, put them into a cold pan with cold oil, fry over low heat until the peanut skins turn red, then take them out and let them cool to become crispy.
- 3

Wash the cucumber, roughly peel it, smash it with a knife, cut it into small cubes, marinate with 1 tablespoon of sugar for 10 minutes, squeeze out the water, and set aside.
- 4

Wash the cilantro and cut it into sections.
- 5

Next, prepare the sauce. In a bowl, add the minced garlic and white sesame seeds, drizzle in a spoonful of hot oil, add soy sauce, vinegar, and one spoonful of white sugar, and stir well.
- 6

Pour all the prepared ingredients and sauces into a bowl, mix well, and the smashed cucumber is ready.
