Fish Bone Tofu Egg Soup
Pan-seared fish bones are boiled with radish, soybeans, and rice until the broth turns milky white, then enriched with fried egg and silky tofu for hearty, ocean-sweet depth.
Instructions
- 1

Cut the fish bones, cut the tofu into small pieces, cut the white radish into large chunks, and slice the ginger.
- 2

Heat the pot until red, add oil and coat the pot, then pour out the oil. Add cold oil again and fry the fish until both sides are golden. Then add white radish, hot water, soybeans, and rice, cover with a lid, and turn the heat to high.
- 3

Heat another pan with oil, crack in two eggs, and fry them for later use.
- 4

After the soup boils until it turns milky, pour it into a pot and add eggs and tofu. Stew until the white radish is cooked, then add pepper, chicken essence, salt, ginger slices, and a few drops of white vinegar before serving.
