Flaxseed Oil Fried Rice
Fragrant fried rice made with nutty flaxseed oil, tossed with pickled mustard tubers, sausage, carrots, peas and corn for color, crunch and gentle sweetness.
Instructions
- 1
Put the rice in the microwave and heat on high for 1 minute, which makes it easier to break up when stir-frying.
- 2
Cut the carrots, pickled mustard, sausage, and garlic into small pieces.
- 3
Boil water in a pot, blanch the peas and corn kernels until cooked, then remove and set aside.
- 4
Heat the pan and add flaxseed oil.
- 5
First, add the garlic pieces and carrot pieces and stir-fry until fragrant.
- 6
Then add the pickled mustard tuber and sausage, and stir-fry evenly.
- 7
Add the reserved peas and corn to the pan and stir-fry, seasoning with a little salt.
- 8
Put in the rice.
- 9
Stir-fry evenly over low heat, then turn off the heat.
- 10
Transfer from the pot to a plate, and it’s ready to serve and enjoy.
