French toast
Hong Kong-style French toast: peanut-butter-stuffed bread squares dipped in sweet egg-milk custard and shallow-fried until golden and crisp outside, custardy within.
Instructions
- 1

Cut the toast bread into slices about 2 cm thick.
- 2

Remove the crusts from the toast.
- 3

Cut into small cubes (or you can leave it whole and just pan-fry a large piece).
- 4

Prepare the eggs.
- 5

Add 30 grams of pure milk and stir until smooth.
- 6

Take a slice of toast and spread peanut butter on it.
- 7

Place another slice of toast on top, making pairs.
- 8

The noodles are covered in egg mixture.
- 9

Place it on a plate and set aside.
- 10

Heat the wok and add oil, making sure there is a bit more oil.
- 11

When the oil is forty percent hot, add the toast slices to fry (you can also use less oil to pan-fry until fragrant, which is also fine).
- 12

Cook over low heat the whole time, frying until both sides are golden brown.
- 13

Take out and drain the oil.
- 14

Drizzle with condensed milk or honey.
- 15

Alright.
- 16

One kiss, addictive.
