Fresh, crisp, and delicious~ Cold tossed long green beans
Blanched long beans are coiled into charming knots, chilled for maximum snap, and tossed with a garlicky, chili-laced dressing, fresher and cooler than any stir-fry on a hot afternoon.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare the ingredients.
- 2

Trim the ends of the long beans and clean them. Add an appropriate amount of water to a pot, add 1 teaspoon of salt and a few drops of cooking oil, and bring it to a boil. Put the long beans in to blanch, and take them out when they are partially cooked.
- 3

Put it into pre-prepared cooled boiled water or ice water, filter it briefly, and then take it out.
- 4

Split the green beans in half, then tie them in a loop and place them on a plate. Mince the garlic cloves, ginger, and small chili peppers.
- 5

Prepare the seasonings: put garlic cloves, ginger, and finely chopped bird's eye chili into a small bowl, add light soy sauce and white sugar, a little sesame oil, a little aged vinegar, and one spoon of pure water, and stir together evenly.
- 6

Pour the seasoning sauce into the plate and it's ready to serve.
- 7

Fresh, tasty, and delicious.
