Fried rice with sausages that you can't get tired of
Sausage fried rice: Chinese sausages render their sweet fat before joining onion, celery and day-old rice, all glazed with soy and oyster sauce for a fragrant one-pan dinner.
Instructions
- 1

Cut the vegetables into small cubes. You can replace the hairy celery with other vegetables you like, and it's okay not to add it if you don't have any.
- 2

Heat a cold pan with cold oil, add chopped green onions when the oil is hot, and stir-fry until fragrant.
- 3

Add the sausage, sauté over low heat until fragrant, and stir until the oil comes out.
- 4

Add onions and celery.
- 5

Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper, and stir-fry evenly.
- 6

Add the rice, stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat, and plate it.
- 7

A bowl of ordinary leftover rice, simply handled, becomes fragrant, delicious, and visually appealing.
- 8

The rice grains are distinct, moist but not greasy; the sausage is firm and chewy; the celery is fragrant and crisp. Even an ordinary home-cooked meal can be incredibly satisfying.
- 9

Sausage, rice, and celery, the aromas of the three intertwined, paired with rich soy milk, make for a perfect breakfast.
