Garlic and Rosemary Egg Toast
Toast cut into fun shapes, painted with garlic-rosemary oil, and paired with a fried egg for aromatic, crisp-edged breakfast toast with an herby kick.
Instructions
- 1

Take a slice of white toast and press down firmly on it with a cookie cutter.
- 2

Carve out the shape you like for later use.
- 3

Prepare 8 cloves of garlic and a sprig of rosemary (at the time, less was prepared in the picture; the amount shown in the picture was used for 2 servings).
- 4

Chop the garlic and rosemary, then mix with an appropriate amount of corn germ oil and a little salt.
- 5

Take two slices of white toast and spread the mixed spices around the edges.
- 6

Then cover it with the white toast slice that was just cut into shape, and also spread spices on the surface.
- 7

Crack a local chicken egg into the molding pit.
- 8

Preheat the oven and bake at 200 degrees with top and bottom heat for 10 minutes.
- 9

Cover the toast with aluminum foil and bake for another 10 minutes, until the egg is set.
- 10

The roasted eggs look great and taste amazing.
- 11

The aroma of toasted bread slices is uniquely charming, a particularly comforting flavor that is worth trying.
