German-style snow-capped mountains, snow-covered peaks in the afterglow of the sunset
German-style snow-capped mountains made with digestive biscuits, butter and cheese, baked until golden and fragrant. Easy to follow with simple step-by-step instructions.
Instructions
- 1

Crush the biscuits and mix them evenly with the softened butter, then put the mixture into the mold and press it flat evenly. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- 2

After the cheese softens at room temperature, add yogurt and sugar and mix until smooth and uniform. Place the mixture into a piping bag, then pipe it into molds, and spread jam on top to make a snow mountain pie.
- 3

Whip the egg whites and sugar until stable, put them into a piping bag, then pipe onto the snow mountain pie, and use a hot air gun or blowtorch to brown it.
- 4

Finally, just garnish with red currants and lavender.
