Glazed cake
Easy and satisfying, Glazed cake uses cake base, light cream and strawberry and is baked until light, fluffy and golden. Perfect with tea or as a snack.
Instructions
- 1
Divide the cake base into three equal parts of uniform thickness, then add 50 grams of sugar to the whipped cream and beat at medium-low speed until 70% whipped, then put it into a piping bag.
- 2
Pipe a ring of cream on the cake base, spread it evenly with a spatula, and then lay the fruit on top.
- 3
Squeeze a bit more, spread it evenly with a spatula to fill the gaps between the fruits, then place a piece of cake sponge on top and repeat the previous steps.
- 4
Add a bit more cream on the top layer and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- 5
Smoothed it out like this, mine didn't get smoothed well. Because I was in a bit of a rush and was going to pour the glaze on top anyway, I didn't bother fixing it, then put it in the refrigerator to chill for later.
- 6
After the chocolate is melted over hot water, add the cream and continue stirring until fully blended into a smooth consistency.
- 7
This state is fine, then put it into a piping bag and use it after it cools slightly.
- 8
Once the chocolate has cooled enough to handle without feeling hot, squeeze a circle around the edge of the cake with alternating long and short lines (one person forgot to take a photo of this process).
- 9
Then write a message (please ignore my writing, it's my first time writing, so I didn't do it well), then squeeze flowers in the gaps, add some fruit decorations, and the cake is complete.

The kid is really happy 😊 Happy birthday to him, and I also hope that at 18, he can chase his dreams, live up to his youth, and get a satisfying result in the college entrance exam!
