Goji Berry and Lily Soup
A subtle, calming soup of fresh lily bulbs simmered until softly sweet, garnished with rinsed goji berries at the end for gentle floral notes and vivid color.
Instructions
- 1

Break the lily into small pieces, remove the outer yellowing lily petals, then peel the lily petals and wash them. If there are yellow parts inside when peeling, use a small knife to trim off the yellow parts. After cleaning thoroughly, soak in clean water for 10 minutes.
- 2

Goji berries can be rinsed clean with water and do not need to be soaked for a long time.
- 3

Put the cleaned lilies into the rice cooker and add enough water to cover the lilies. If you like drinking the soup, you can add more water.
- 4

After boiling, add rock sugar, cover the pot, and simmer over medium-low heat.
- 5

When the lily turns translucent, add the rinsed goji berries, mix well, and then turn off the heat.
- 6

Sweet and soft, goji berry and lily soup that moistens dryness and reduces internal heat.
