Golden and Silver Egg Fried Rice
Whole eggs cracked in without beating, scrambled in hot oil until broken into golden and white bits, tossed with rice, diced luncheon meat, and cabbage for a colorful, savory fried rice.
Instructions
- 1

Crack the eggs into a bowl without beating them. Chop the cabbage, dice the luncheon meat, and mince the garlic cloves for later use.
- 2

Heat a pan with cold oil, pour in the eggs, stir the eggs as the oil heats up, until they are scrambled.
- 3

After scrambling the eggs, take them out and set aside.
- 4

Add a little more oil to the pot, pour in the luncheon meat, and stir-fry with the garlic slices.
- 5

After stir-frying the luncheon meat for a moment, add the rice and stir-fry together, then quickly add the cabbage and stir-fry.
- 6

Pour in the eggs and stir-fry, then add salt, pepper, MSG, and light soy sauce in order, and stir-fry quickly over high heat for a moment to finish.
